All Hart & Hush gift boxes are packed and shipped from Geelong, Victoria.

• Processing Time: Orders are packed within 2–3 business days
• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery across Australia is 2–8 business days, depending on location
• Carrier: We ship via Australia Post, with tracking 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hart & Hush experience. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is faulty or incorrect)
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received the item
